Audience 500-Day Limited Warranty

Most creator gear ships with a 90-day warranty. Ours is more than five times that — because real gear should last. Coverage applies to every Audience product: the Professional Vlogging Kit, the 70" Phone Tripod & Selfie Stick, and the LED Video Light.

Every Audience product is covered against manufacturing defects and normal-use failures for 500 days from the order date. If a covered component fails, we repair, replace, or refund it after inspection.

Warranty Overview

Thank you for purchasing from Audience. We're proud of the quality and durability of our products. This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, non-commercial use. It begins on the order date shown on your purchase receipt and lasts for 500 days.

This warranty applies to every Audience product, including the Professional Vlogging Kit, the 70" Phone Tripod & Selfie Stick, and the LED Video Light. It gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or country.

What We Cover

If a manufacturing defect occurs during the 500-day warranty period and we verify a valid claim through inspection, we will, at our sole discretion, do one of the following:

  • Repair or replace the defective part(s)
  • Provide a comparable replacement product if the original is no longer available
  • Issue store credit or a refund for the current value of the defective item

Coverage applies to the original components of whichever Audience product you purchased, including where applicable:

  • Tripod / Selfie Stick: Locking mechanism failure, joint instability, extension or leg defects, or other manufacturing faults
  • Phone Clip / Mount: Knob or grip failure not caused by misuse
  • Bluetooth Remote: Failure to function with proper pairing and fresh batteries
  • LED Light: LEDs, color/brightness controls, battery, or charging port not working under normal use
  • Wireless / Lapel Microphones: Internal wiring, pairing, or connection issues under normal use
  • Travel Bag / Case: Seam, zipper, or closure failure under normal use

All claims require our inspection and approval to confirm a covered defect.

What We Do Not Cover

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, or cosmetic issues (e.g., scratches, fading, minor dents)
  • Battery degradation from regular use
  • Damage to your personal devices (e.g., phones, cameras) when using the product
  • Damage from accidents, drops, abuse, misuse, overloading, or improper setup
  • Exposure to liquids, extreme temperatures, fire, or harsh environments
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, tampering, or disassembly
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Change of mind
  • Issues from use in commercial settings or unsafe conditions (e.g., wind, rain, unstable surfaces)

We strongly recommend testing all components thoroughly before attaching valuable devices, and using your gear only in safe, dry conditions on stable surfaces.

How to Make a Claim

For issues within the standard 30-day return window of your original marketplace (e.g., Amazon), please return directly through that account for the fastest resolution.

For issues past the standard return window, submit a claim using the warranty claim form at the bottom of this page. You'll need to provide:

  1. Your Order ID
  2. The product and which component failed
  3. A detailed description of the issue
  4. Clear photos or video of the defect (reply to our confirmation email)
  5. Your name, shipping address, and email

We reserve the right to inspect all items, verify claims, and determine whether the issue is covered. Invalid claims may result in return shipping charges.

Returns & Shipping

  • For issues within the marketplace's standard 30-day return window, please return directly through that account.
  • For approved warranty claims after the standard window: we cover outbound shipping to you (U.S. only).
  • You may be responsible for return shipping if a claim is not approved after inspection.
  • International customers are responsible for all shipping fees, customs, and duties.

Limitation of Liability

Audience is not liable for:

  • Any damage to personal devices (e.g., smartphones, cameras, tablets) from use or misuse of our products
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Issues arising from improper use, overloading, unsafe mounting, or environmental exposure

Our total liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as described above.

Additional Terms

  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser from Amazon or authorized Audience sellers.
  • It is non-transferable.
  • It is governed by the laws of the United States.
